福建省龙岩市地方性氟中毒流行因素调查与综合防治措施研究

目的探讨福建省龙岩市地方性氟中毒（简称地氟病）流行因素及综合防治措施实施情况。方法对全市历次地氟病调查、监测、考核及相关研究资料进行统计分析和归纳总结。结果全市共发现10个地氟病病区，氟斑牙检出率为55．88％，氟骨症检出率为0．44％，流行因素均与饮水含氟量高有直接关系，个别病区还与高氟温泉水制作豆腐、沐浴浸泡以及高氟环境种植农作物等因素有关。通过采取改水降氟、改变豆腐制作用水、高氟环境科学选种农作物、注意利用温泉水洗浴的方式和方法等综合防治措施，取得了显著防治效果，全市10个高氟病区全部达到基本控制地氟病标准。结论龙岩市地氟病流行因素调查明确．实施综合防治措施得当，方法可行，效果显著。

Investigation on prevailing factors synthesized control measures of endemic fluorosis in Longyan City

Objective To explore the prevailing factors and synthesized prevention and control measure of endemic fluorosis in Longyan City. Methods The successive data of investigation, monitoring, inspection, and correlative research were statistically analyzed on fluorosis in the city, Results Ten fluorine endemic areas were identified in Longyan City. The prevalence rate of dental fluorine was 55.88%. The prevalence rate of skeletal fluorine 0.44%. The prevalence related to the high content of fluorine in drinking water, in some areas, to such factors as manufacturing bean curd with and taking bath in spring water containing high fluorine, agricuhuring in high fluorine environment. The prevention and control effect was achieved adopting synthesized measures, such as defluoriding. The basic goal of control fluorosis had been achieved in the ten endemic areas in the city. Conclusions The prevailing factors of endemic fluorosis have been investigated in Longyan City. The synthesized prevention and control measures are appropriate and feasible, leading to a remarkable effect.
