| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨宫腔填塞纱条治疗剖腹产术中大出血的护理方法及疗效。方法：选择我院在2013年12月到2014年12月间收治的剖腹产患者58例，随机分为两组，每组29例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组29例在对照组的基础上进行优质护理；比较两组护理效果。结果：经护理，观察组的总有效率为96.6%，对照组的总有效率为82.8%，两组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：应用优质护理比常规护理效果显著，且能够提升治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: Discussion uterine packing gauze care treatment methods and efficacy of cesarean section bleeding.Methods: Our hospital 58 cases of caesarean section in patients treated between December 2013 to December 2014,They were randomly divided into two groups,Each group of 29 cases,The control group received routine care,29 cases were observed in the quality care on the basis of the control group;Comparison of the two groups care benefits.Results:The results showed that after treatment,Observation group total effective rate of 96.6%,The total effective rate of the control group 82.8%,The difference was significant,Statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion:Application of quality care than usual care significantly effect, and can enhance the therapeutic effect. |
