端粒酶活性在口腔鳞癌中表达的意义

目的 探讨端粒酶活性表达在口腔癌的发生、临床诊断及以预后评估中的作用。方法 取48例口腔癌患者的肿瘤组织块做标本，记录颈淋巴结转移情况。利用TRAP法测定肿瘤组织的端粒酶活性,分析端粒酶活性在口腔癌中的表达率及其活性强度与颈淋巴结癌转移的关系。结果 本组有93.7%的口腔癌患者可捡出端粒酶活性，50％中度分化鳞癌及100％的低度分化鳞癌均有端粒酶强阳性，在13例颈淋巴结癌转移患者中，有11例为端粒酶强阳性。结论 端粒酶活性水平与口腔癌患者区域淋巴结转移有密切关系，与预后有关。

The expression of telomerase activity in oral squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To explore the importance of telomerase activity expression in the development,diagnosis and prognosis of the oral cancer.Methods The specimens were achieved from the tumor of 48 patients with oral cancer,and the metastasis of cervical lymph nodes was documented.The telomerase activity was assayed by TRAP method.The rate of expression in oral cancer and the relationship between the expression intensity and cervical lymph node metastasis were analyzed.16 cases of benign tumor from oral mucosa was used as control group.Results Telomerase activity was detected in 93.7% of the patients with oral cancer.The intensive activity was detected in about 50% samples of mid-differenciated squamous cell carcinoma and 100% samples of poorly differenciated squamous cell carcinoma respectively.Of 13 patients with cervical lymph node metastasis,the intensive activity was detected in the 11 patients.Conclusion The TRAP method is useful in diagnosis of oral cancer.The level of telomerase activity is closely related to lymph node metastasis and prognosis.
