摘    要:目的:研究胆囊收缩素对孤束核中胃扩张相关神经元电活动的影响。方法:记录乌拉坦麻醉大鼠孤束核内胃扩张相关神经元的电活动,观察胃扩张以及静脉注射CCK对神经元电活动的影响。结果:外周静脉注射CCK对孤束核内胃扩张相关神经元自发电活动的影响是多样的,既具有兴奋效应(9/14),也具有抑制效应(5/14)。但对于胃扩张诱发的孤束核神经元放电,不管是胃扩张兴奋性神经元还是胃扩张抑制性神经元,CCK均表现为抑制效应。结论:外周CCK可以影响孤束核内胃扩张相关神经元的活动。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of cholecystokinin on electricity activity of gastric distention related neurons in the nucleus of tractus solitarius.Methods: The effects of gastric distention and intravenous CCK on electricity activity of gastric distention related neurons in the nucleus of tractus solitarius were investigated in urethane anesthetized rats.Results:Intravenous CCK could obviously influence the spontaneous activity of gastric distention related neurons in the nucleus of tractus solitarius.Intravenous CCK could increase the discharge of gastric distention(GD)excited neurons(9/14)and decrease the discharge of GD inhibited neurons(5/14) in NTS.Howerer,the effect of CCK on gastric distention-induced discharge of GD related neurons was always inhibitory.Conclusion:Circulating CCK and gastric distention have both excitatory and inhibitory effects on the electricity activity of gastric distention related neurons in NTS,but the effect of CCK on gastric distention-induced discharge of GD related neurons is inhibitory.The effect of gastric distention on spantenous discharge of neurons in NTS is similar to circulating CCK.
