摘    要:本次实验使用简易冲击装置对狗和兔的枕部进行了撞击.其目的是观察颅脑发生不同程度损伤时脑脊液中CPK,颅内压等指标的变化.结果表明,随着颅脑损伤程度的加重,CPK 和颅内压均呈指数增加,似可作为衡量动物颅脑损伤程度的指标.实验中还观察到,发生脑震荡的动物,其行为和生理指标都有明显的特殊反应,初步提供了判别动物脑震荡的实验依据.

Abstract:Impacts on occiputs of nogs and rabbits were given bv simple im-pact equipments to observe changes of CPK in cerebrospinal gluid(CSF)anc intraeranial pressure iwth different degrees of head in-jury.The results indicated that CPK and intracranial pressure incre-ased exponentially with serious degree of head injury.It seamed thatthey might serve as indices in judging degree of animal head injury.Evident special behavioral and physiological responses were also ob-served in the animals developing brain concussion.They could serveas signs for preliminary diagnosis.
