亚急性甲状腺炎在核素影像的表现

目的:探讨核素显像对亚急性甲状腺炎的诊治价值。方法:对321例亚急性甲状腺炎患者进行~(99m) TcO_4~-甲状腺核素显像,通过影像处理计算颌下腺放射性计数/甲状腺放射性计数的比值。以TIU、TT_4、TT_3、FT_4、FT_3、STSH、TG-Ab、TM-Ab、ESR等项目作为对照。结果:94例甲状腺未显影(++),占29.28%;227例甲状腺双侧或单侧甲状腺轻度显影,影像模糊不清,放射性分布稀疏不均匀(+),占70.72%。结论:亚急性甲状腺炎核素显像结果证实,甲状腺影像的清晰程度与TIU结果的高低呈平行关系,且与亚急性甲状腺炎的病情轻重有关。颌下腺放射性计数/甲状腺放射性计数的比值作为一项半定量指标有助于亚急性甲状腺炎的检出率。甲状腺核素显像不但可用于亚急性甲状腺炎的诊断,而且可作为判断其疗效的一项重要指标。

The Diagnostic Value of Nuclein Imaging for Subacute Thyroiditis

Objetive Conferring the diagnostic value of nuclein imaging on subacute thyroiditis.Methods Through ~(99m)TcO_4~- nuclein imaging of thyroid to 321 patients with subacute thyroiditis.Dealing with imaging to compare the radioactivity count of jaw gland and the radioactivity count of thyroid.According to the items as the comparison,such as TIU,TT4,TT3, FT4,FT3,STSH,TG-Ab,ESR,etc.Results The thyroid of 94 patients didn't develop(++),which occupies 29.28%;The two sides or the single with thyroid of 227 patients developed slightly,and the images was dim,the radioactivity spreading was few,scattered and not well mixed(+),about 70.72%.Conclusion The nuclein imaging results of subacute thyroiditis shows that:It is the parallel relationship between the definition of thyroid images and the upper,lower of TIU result,and it has some- thing to do with the patients' condition serious or not of subacute thyroiditis.The ratio of jaw gland radioactive count and thy- roid radioactive count as a half mixed amount target is helpful to discover subacute thyroiditis.The nuclein imaging of subacute thyroid is not only for the diagnosis of subacute thyroiditis,but also is an important target to judge therapeutic effect of it.
