| 摘 要： | 1 .碘缺乏病流行情况 :桑植县 1 979年对 335 0 57人进行了地方性甲状腺病 (地甲病 )普查 ,发现地甲病 4 434例 ,患病率为1 .32 % ,其中在 1 0 %以上的有 2个乡 ,在 3 %以上的有 2个乡 ;1 982年按照随机抽样方法对每个乡分别抽取一所中小学 ,共检查1 6 895人 ,查出地甲病 61 5例 ,患病率为 6 .85 % ,其中甲状腺生理性肿大 543例 ,肿大率为 6 .85% ,病区扩大到1 6个乡镇 ;1 985年对全县 1 6个病区乡进行了普查 ,检查1 0 6 81 6人 ,查出甲状腺Ⅰ度以上肿大患者 3 571例 ,患病率为3.34 % ,发现克汀患者 1 2 1例 ,患病率为 0 .1 1 % ,对非病区的…
