显微神经外科手术治疗侵袭型垂体瘤

目的:研究侵袭型垂体瘤的显微外科手术技巧和临床效果。方法:回顾性分析采用显微神经外科技术治疗的52例侵袭型垂体瘤患者的临床资料。结果:全切除31例、近全切除14例,大部分切除7例。尿崩症、高热、水电解质平衡失调是垂体瘤切除术后较常见的并发症。结论:入路的合理选择、显微技术的应用、术中仔细辨认与处理肿瘤与垂体柄和下丘脑的关系,对降低致残率和病死率有重要的临床意义。

Microsurgery for invasive pituitary tumor

Objective:To summarize the microsurgical techniques and clinical efficacy of resection for invasive pituitary toumor.Methods: Clinical data of 52 patients with invasive pituitary tumor treated by microsurgical techniques were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Total removal was performed in 31 patients and subtotal in 14,part resection in 7cases.The postoperative diabetes insipidus,high fever,and imbalance of electrolytes were the common complications.Conclusion: The appropriate surgical approaches,microsurgical techniques,careful identification and careful treatment of the relationship of the tumors with pituitary stalks and hypothalamus play important role in increasing total removal rate and reducing disability and mortality.
