| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：对12例年龄80～92岁股骨颈骨折患者(头下型9例。经颈型3例)。采用人工股骨头置换术。结果：所有病人均安全度过手术期，无切口感染及严重并发症发生，优良率为91．67％。结论：人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折，只要高度重视围手术期的处理。不失为治疗效果良好的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To report the clinical effect of hemiarthroplasty in the treatment of the femoral neck fracture for elderly patient.Methods 12 cases between the ages of eighty and ninety-two years had been treated with hemiarthroplasty.Results:All cases lived through the perioperative period,neither infection nor complication had been seen in these cases.91.67% were graded excellent/good in the group. Conclusion:Hemiarthroplasty is the good method in the treatment of the femoral neck fracture for elderly patients. |
