2006年四川省血吸虫病疫情监测结果分析

摘    要:目的掌握四川省血吸虫病监测点2006年疫情,为防治工作提供科学依据。方法按照《全国血吸虫病监测方案》在四川的9个国家级监测点,开展了2006年监测工作。结果9个点的钉螺面积在3770~86630m2,钉螺密度在0.01~3.26只/0.11m2,平均钉螺密度0.33只/0.11m2;仅在东坡点发现感染钉螺1只。东坡点未查出病人,其他各点感染率在0.16%~1.49%,全省平均人群血吸虫病感染率0.91%,家畜平均感染率为1.91%。结论四川省血吸虫病疫情进一步得到控制,但应加强巩固防止血吸虫病疫情回升。

Abstract:Objective To explore endemic situation of schistosomiasis in the surveillance sites and provide scientific evidence for schistosomiasis control in Sichuan province. Methods The practical works in the 9 national surveillance sites were carried out according to the national protocol for schistosomiasis surveillance in 2006. Results For the 9 national surveillance sites, the snail areas were from 3770 m2 to 86630 m2, the density of snail was from 0.01 to 3.26 per 0.1m2 and the average density of snail was 0.33 per 0.1m2. Only one site at Dongpo was found infected snail. The infection rate of residents in the 9 sites was from 0.16% to 1.49%, and no case was found at Dongpo. The average infection rate of residents was 0.91% and the infection rate of domestic animals was 1.91% in Sichuan. Conclusion The endemic situation of schistosomiasis was maintained in lower level in Sichuan, and the measures for surveillance and consolidation should be strengthened to prevent the rebound of schistosomiasis.
