| 摘 要： | 文章认为,落实医疗制度是保证医疗质量,确保医疗安全的重要环节。医院在落实医患沟通方面,建立了规范的沟通制度,自病人入院到病人出院在八个重点环节上加强了沟通,减少了医患矛盾,提高了医疗服务质量。同时探讨了医患沟通的技巧。

| Abstract: | Institutional implementation was the key link of promotion medical quality and medical safety. The article introduced the experience of hospital patient communication in Norman Bethune Peace Hospital. Hospital communication could decrease medical conflict and improve medical quality. Communication skill was discussed. |
