笑气吸入加米索前列醇舌下含服用于人工流产术镇痛效果临床观察

目的探讨笑气吸入加米索前列醇舌下含服应用于人工流产术中的镇痛效果及安全性。方法将2007年1月至2008年6月临泉县计划生育服务站妇产科门诊早孕6～10周自愿要求施行人工流产术的妇女260例随机分为观察组及对照组。观察组130例采用笑气吸入麻醉加米索前列醇舌下含服施行人工流产术;对照组130例采用常规方法,分别观察两组镇痛效果及人工流产综合征的发生率。结果观察组和对照组的镇痛有效率分别为95.38%和22.31%;人工流产综合征发生率分别为0.77%和12.31%。两组镇痛有效率和人工流产综合征的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论笑气加米索前列醇应用于人工流产术镇痛效果好,预防发生人工流产综合征的效果确切,使用安全、方便,减轻了受术者精神压力和痛苦,适合在基层推广应用。

Clinical observation of Nitrous oxide combined with Misoprostol in induced abortion for the analgesia effect

Objective To study the analgesia effect and safety of Nitrous oxide（N2O） combined with Misoprostol applied on the induced abortion. Methods 260 pregnancy women with 6～10 gestational weeks who were willing to be taken induced abortion were randomly divided into the observation group with 130-case which were given N2O combined with Misoprostol and control group with 130-case that were taken routine treatment. Results There was significant difference on the analgesia effect and the incidence of reaction of artificial abortion syndrome （RAAS） between two grous（P0.05）. Conclusion It was effective,safe and simper method of N2O combined with Misoprostol to relieve physical and mental pain of patient＇s,prevent the incidence of RAAS. So that it was worth generalization and application.
