| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨缺血性脑病患者的认知功能障碍。方法：对45例缺血性脑病患者应用简明精神状态量表（mini-mental state examination,MMSE）、韦氏成人智力量表进行认知功能评分,比对不同位置,不同病程,不同狭窄程度患者认知功能障碍的发生情况。结果：缺血性脑病患者,易受影响的认知功能依次为记忆力（38例）,注意力与计算能力（37例）,回忆能力（37例）,语言能力（28例）。不同部位的血管狭窄,对患者的认知功能影响也有所不同。结论：脑缺血患者普遍存在认知功能障碍,尤以记忆力,计算能力,回忆以及语言能力受损较重。
