| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝硬化对血脂水平的影响及其意义。方法：选取60例肝硬化患者作为病例组，同期健康体检者60例作为对照组，分别检测两组的血清总胆固醇（Tc）、甘油三酯（TC）、脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C、LDL—c）、载脂蛋白（apoAI、apoB）水平。结果：病例组血清TC、TG、HDL—C、LDL—C、apoAI、apoB水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：肝硬化对血脂水平有影响，血脂水平在肝硬化的诊断和治疗中具有一定的参考价值。
