银杏叶提取物对运动大鼠肌膜Na+,K+-ATP酶活性的影响

摘    要: 目的为研究银杏叶提取物(EGb761)对大鼠大强度跑台运动及其肌膜Na+,K+-ATP酶活性的影响。方法采用大强度上坡跑大鼠运动模型,测定运动力竭时间、Na+,K+-ATP酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活性、谷胱甘肽含量、总抗氧化能力、丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果EGb761可以提高大鼠大强度运动至力竭的时间,并使单次定量运动后即刻白肌肌膜总抗氧化能力(TAOC)和谷胱甘肽含量(GSH)升高、MDA水平下降。结论EGb761可能通过直接和间接途径清除大强度常规训练时产生的自由基,保护肌膜Na+,K+-ATP酶,提高训练效果,延长运动时间;明显提高单次定量运动后即刻GSH,TAOC,降低肌膜MDA水平。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of EGb761(extracts of Ginkgo biloba 761) on Na~ ,K~ -ATPase activity of rats immediately after running on treadmill.METHODS High intensity running up-grade train model was selected.The exhausitive exercise time and activity of Na~ ,K~ -ATPase,SOD,GPx,GSH,TAOC and MDA were determined.RESULTS The activity of sarcolemma Na~ ,K~ -ATPase of rats was increased significantly.The contents of GSH,TAOC(Total anti-oxidative content) were increased,while MDA was decreased.CONCLUSION EGb761 protects the activity of Na~ ,K~ -ATPase by eliminating free radicals in strenuous exercise rats.The contents of GSH,TAOC are enhanced,and the content of MDA is decreased dose-dependently.
