| 摘 要： | 目的通过对小儿腹泻机理和低渗口服补液盐有关资料的分析，提高低渗口服补液盐在小儿腹泻所导致的轻中度脱水中的临床应用效果。方法对小儿腹泻机理和低渗口服补液盐的相关报道进行分析，充分了解低渗口服补液盐在小儿腹泻临床应用的安全性、合理性和适用性。结果低渗口服补液盐能显著减少小儿腹泻次数．缩短小儿腹泻病程。结论低渗口服补液盐在小儿腹泻临床应用中是安全有效的，应大力提倡低渗口服补液盐在小儿腹泻中的应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of hypotonic oral rehydration salt(ORS) in treating the dehydration in children caused by diarrhea.Methods The mechanism of diarrhea of children was studied and the related literature of the application of hypotonic ORS was analyzed.Results Hypotonic ORS could greatly decrease the times of diarrhea and could shorten the pathogenesis of diarrhea of children.Conclusion The application of hypotonic ORS in treating diarrhea of children is safe and effective;it should be promoted in clinic. |
