平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗颌面部血管瘤的临床观察

目的探讨平阳霉素（PYM）地塞米松（DXM）与混合注射治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤的疗效及其优点。方法收集2002年11月至2008年3月，用PYM和DXM混合注射治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤病例227例，观察平阳霉素治疗颌面部血管瘤的临床效果。结果经6-24个月的随访观察，总有效率为100％，尤其是对海绵状血管瘤治疗效果最为满意，且不良反应较少。结论PYM、DXM混合注射治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤，具有疗程短、疗效高、不良反应小等优点，是一种安全、可靠、简便、易行的方法。
