宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜息肉100例分析

摘    要:目的:通过对宫腔镜诊断100例子宫内膜息肉的回顾性分析,探讨子宫内膜息肉的病因,诊断及处理。方法:回顾性分析2001年1月~2005年12月我院通过宫腔镜检查诊断的100例子宫内膜息肉病历。结果:患者平均年龄在45(25~65)岁。1例有激素替代史;2例为乳腺癌术后服用三苯氧胺(TAM)。5例绝经后患者中,3例有不规则出血症状,2例无症状,仅通过超声或宫腔镜检查后发现。95例未绝经患者中,62例有不规则出血症状;25例周期正常但经量增多;8例月经正常。经超声诊断率为62.5%,刮宫诊断率为10%。结论:子宫内膜息肉是一种常见的宫腔内良性病变,常表现为异常出血,也可无症状。宫腔镜是诊断内膜息肉的金标准,处理首选宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉摘除术。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze 100 cases of endometrial polyps diagnosed by hysteroscope,for exploring the cause,diagnosis and management of the disease.Methods:From January 2001 to December 2005,100 cases of endometrial polyps were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The average age was 45 years old(aged between 25 and 65 years).1 case had hormone replacement history,2 case administrated TAM after operation for breast carcinoma.Of 5 cases of post-menopause,3 displaied irregular hemorrhage,2 was asymptomatic and diagnosed by ultrasoundor hysteroscope.Of 95 case with menstruation,62 displaied irregular hemorrhage,25 had more menstrual blood and 8 had normal menstruation.The rate of endometrial polyps by ultrasound was 62.5%,that by dilatation and curettage was 10%.Conclusion:Endometrial polyps is benign diseases in uterine cavity,displays abnormal hemorrhage or asymptomatic.Hysteroscope is the gold standard in diagnosis of endometrial polyps.The extraction of endometrial polyps guided by hysteroscope is the first choice of treatment.
