B型超声波检查及其彩色编码对肝脓肿诊断的价值——(附77例报告)

77例肝脓肿行B型超声波检查,其中阿米巴肝脓肿76例,细菌性肝脓肿1例。69例属早期未液化的肝脓肿,经B超确诊,主要用灭滴灵治疗,4例属未完全液化的声象图显示,主要用灭滴灵及抽吸脓液治疗,3例属完全液化的声象图显示,主要用外科T形管引流治疗,1例为细菌性肝脓肿,主要用抗生素药物。肝脓肿通过彩色编码使图象有实体感,黑白图象的衰减回声通过彩编层次更为分明。

A STUDY OF THE DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF LIVER ABSCESS BY B-MODE ULTRASONOGRAPHY AND ITS COLOUR CODE: A REPORT OF 77 CASES

From 1983 to 1985 77 cases of liver abscess were hospitalized.All of them were examined repeatedly by ultrasonography. 76 of them wereamebic liver abscess. One was bacterial liver abscess. 69 of this group(89.6%) were early cases. Their ultrasonic imaging showed unliquefiedconfiguration. All of them were correctly diagnosed in time. They werecured mainly by giving metronidazole. Therefore B-mede ultrasonic imaginghas very important value in the early diagnosis of liver abscess. Aspirationof the liver abscess and metronidazole were given in 4 cases. The ultrasonicimaging of these cases was uncomplete liquefication. Surgical T-tube drainagewas given in 3 cases and the ultrasonic imaging of these cases was completeliquefication. Antibiotic therapy was given in 1 cases with bacterial liverabscess. Follow-up examination by ultrasorography showed that all the casesrecovered completely. The ultrasonic imaging picture of liver abscess locked more real due tocolor code. The attenuate echo of the white ard black imaging apreareduneven and the stratum was very clear due to color code.
