芪归胶囊对肠运动的影响

目的]观察芪归胶囊对肠运动的影响.方法]以芪归胶囊不同剂量观察该药对豚鼠体外回肠自主运动及家兔体内回肠运动的影响.结果]芪归胶囊显著增加豚鼠体外回肠自主运动幅度、活动力和家兔体内回肠运动收缩幅度、活动力(P＜0.05、＜0.01);对氯化钡、乙酰胆碱引起豚鼠体外回肠强直收缩有明显拮抗作用(P＜0.05、＜0.01),肠管的紧张性迅速下降,表现为收缩幅度明显减小(P＜0.05、＜0.01);对肾上腺素抑制豚鼠体外回肠收缩运动无明显拮抗作用(P＞0.05).结论]芪归胶囊有推动及调节肠管运动的作用.

Effect of Qigui capsule on intestinal movement

Objective] To observe the effect of Qigui capsule(QC) on intestinal movement.Methods] Different dosages of QC were used to observe their influence on the spontaneous activity of guinea pig ileum in vitro and the movement of rabbit ileum in vivo.Results] Not only the spontaneous activity extent and strength of the guinea pig ileum in vitro but also the contraction extent and power of the rabbit ileum in vivo enhanced after the disposal of QC,while it had no obvious influence on the contraction frequency.QC had obvious antagonism impact on the tetanic contraction of the guinea pig ileum in vitro caused by barium chloride or acetylcholine.The tonicity of intestinal canal descended quickly and it's contraction extent obvious decreased.It had no obvious antagonism impact on the contraction of the guinea pig ileum depressed by epinephrine in vitro.Conclusion]QC can not only propel but also regulate the intestinal canal movement.
