卡介菌多糖核酸治疗多发性寻常疣疗效观察

摘    要:目的评价卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗多发性寻常疣的疗效与安全性。方法 2009年1月-2010年5月在我院皮肤科治疗的患者,分为治疗组98例采用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液肌内注射治疗多发性寻常疣,对照组62例以γ-干扰素治疗。观察2组治疗效果。结果治疗组有效率为89.3%,对照组有效率为51.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗多发性寻常疣较γ-干扰素疗效高、不良反应小、安全性好。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid in the treatment of multiple verruca vulgaris.Methods From January 2009 to May 2010,the patients in the department of dermatology of our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group (98 cases) was treated with BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid injection,while the control group (62 cases) was treated with γ-interferon.The efficacy of 2 groups was observed.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 89.3%,which was higher than 51.6% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).Conclusion Compared withγ-interferon,the BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid has higher efficacy,smaller adverse reaction and better safety in the treatment of multiple verruca vulgaris.
