清开灵冻干粉雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎对照观察

目的]观察清开灵雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎疗效。方法]将84例门诊患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组,治疗期间均不使用其他抗感染药物,戒烟酒,忌食辛辣刺激性食物。对照组42例鱼腥草注射液10mL+30mL生理盐水雾化吸入,3次/d。治疗组42例清开灵(冻干粉)400mg+20mL生理盐水雾化吸入,3次/d。观测临床症状、咽部形态学病理改变。10d为1疗程,连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效14例,有效9例,无效7例,总有效率83.33%。对照组痊愈5例,显效9例,有效18例,无效10例,总有效率76.19%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论]清开灵雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎效果满意,实施简便。

Qingkailing Lyophilized Powder Atomization Inhalation to Treat Chronic Pharyngitis Control Observation

Objective]To objective the curative effect of treatment that inhaling atomized qingkailing freeze-dried in treats chronic pharyngitis.Method]Using random parallel control method,take 84 cases of clinic patients according to medical order divided into two groups by randomly.Both group during period of time to treat avoid to use others anti-infective drugs,to smoke,to drink alcoholic beverages and have irritant food.Control group,42 patients were treat by inhaling atomized heartleaf houttuynia herb injection 10ml with physiological saline 30ml,3 times per day.Treatment group,42 patients were treat by inhaling atomized qingkailing 400mg with physiological saline 20ml,3time per day.Observe the clinical symptoms and the pathological changes of pharyngeal morphology.10 days as one course of treatment,for judge the curative effect treating 3 course of treatment constant.Result]Treatment group 12 cases healed,14 cases have excellence effect,9 cases effective,7 cases ineffective,the total effective rare is 83.33%.Control group 5 cases healed,9 cases have excellence effect,18 cases effective,10 cases ineffective,the total effective rare is 76.19%.The curative effect of treatment group is better than control group.Conclusion]The curative effect of the treatment that inhaling atomized qingkailing freeze-dried in treats chronic pharyngitis is satisfactory and the operation is convenient.
