| 摘 要： | 目的：脑梗塞并发癫痫的病人为数不少，观察针灸醒脑开窍法，并配合中药化痰通络治疗继发性癫痫病人的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组（针刺加中药）和对照组（单纯采用中药）对两组的临床治疗效果进行分析与评定。结果：治疗1个月后，治疗组总有效率为86．7％，高于对照组的66．7％，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：针刺加中药是治疗脑梗塞的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe Xingnao Kaiqiao of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine of Huatantouluo to 60 patients of epilepsies after infarct of brain.Methods:60 patients were divided into treatment group and controlled group,each group conclude 30 patients.Treatment group means acupuncture and Chinese medicine while controlled group is single Chinese medicine.We analyze the result.Results:After a month,the effective radio of treatment group is 86.7%,while the controlled group is 66.7%,the difference is significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined medicine was effective in epilepsies after infarct of brain. |
