| 摘 要： | 目的采用超声振荡法以β-环糊精对香附挥发油进行包合。方法用正交试验法探讨制备包合物的最佳工艺条件,用TLC法对包合前后的挥发油性质进行分析。结果挥发油与β-环糊精的比例为1∶6(ml.g-1),包合温度为40℃,包合时间为20min。结论本制备工艺合理,简便,适用于工业生产。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE In this experiment,the inclusion compound of β-cycloex was prepared with the volatile oil of Xiangfu by ultrasonic method.METHODS The optimum preparing conditions were established by the orthogonal test method.The quality of inclusion compound of volatile oil before and after being included were analyzed by TLC.RESULTS The optimal condition was that:a propertion of 1∶6(ml∶g) for oil to β-cycloextrin,inclusion temperature at 40℃ for 20 min.CONCLUSION This optimized process is simple,stable and efficient. |
