心因性过度换气综合征61例

目的探讨心因性过度换气综合征的临床表现、诊断及治疗。方法对61例心因性过度换气综合征患者的临床表现、实验室检查及诊断、治疗进行分析。结果心因性过度换气综合征发病多以社会心理因素为诱因（50／61，81．97％），发作性起病，均表现为呼吸急促或深大，呼吸频率〉30次／min，可伴手足搐搦（20／61，32．79％）、低钾血症（17／45，37．78％），心电图呈一过性缺血性改变（7／30，23．33％），61例均予以暗示性输液、肌注安定、补充钾盐等治疗后，病情迅速缓解。结论心因性过度换气综合征是综合医院常见的精神科急诊，提高对该综合征临床特点的认识，可以避免诊疗过程中不必要的紧张，减少误诊和过度治疗。

Clinic analysis of psychogenic hyperventilation syndrome
