| 摘 要： | 目的:观察95%无水乙醇联合地塞米松局部注射治疗舌前腺囊肿的临床疗效。方法:以95%无水乙醇0.5 m L,混合地塞米松注射液2 mg患部注射(49例),并与传统硬化剂注射(48例)对照研究。每周注射1次,连续注射4周。定期观察回访6月。结果:95%无水乙醇联合地塞米松局部注射法治疗舌前腺囊肿,治愈率、有效率明显优于传统硬化剂注射(P<0.05)。结论:95%乙醇和地塞米松两者结合注射治疗舌前腺囊肿的优点突出,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To summarize the effects of local injection treatment with 95%ethanol and dexamethasone into an-terior lingual cyst. Methods：97 cases of anterior lingual cysts were reviewed. Intracystic injection of 95% ethanol 0.5 mL combined with dexamethasone were undergone （2mg） once a week and continued for 4 weeks in 49 cases as experiment group. The other 48 cases were treated with injection of sclerosing agent as traditional therapy group. Results： The cure rate of experiment group was obviously superior than the traditional therapy of anterior lingual cyst. Conclusion：Local in-jection with 95%alcohol and dexamethasone are effective and worthy of promotion. |
