| 摘 要： | 动脉粥样硬化是心脑血管疾病的病理基础,其发病机制备受关注但至今尚未阐明,包括天然免疫和获得性免疫在内的免疫机制在动脉粥样硬化中的作用不容忽视。Toll样受体是一类介导天然免疫的受体家族,近年来认为Toll样受体4与动脉粥样硬化的发生发展密切相关。现主要就Toll样受体的结构、分布及配体识别特点,特别是Toll样受体4与动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究作一综述。

| Abstract: | Atherosclerosis is the major cause of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,but the precisely pathogenesis of atherosclerosis has not been clarified now.Immune mechanisms,including innate immunity and acquired immunity,play important roles in the process of atherosclerosis.The family of toll-like receptors(TLRs)initiates an innate immune response,and toll-like recepto 4(TLR4)is considered to be an important player in the initiation and progression of atherosclerotic disease.This review will discuss the structure,distribution,ligand identification of TLR4 and particularly the association of TLR4 and atherosclerosis. |
