健康教育路径在脊髓型减压病治疗中的应用

目的探讨健康教育路径在脊髓型减压病患者中的应用效果。方法 2006年7月至2009年12月行减压病治疗的患者152例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各76例,对照组采用常规的教育方法进行宣教,观察组按照减压病健康教育路径表实施宣教,比较两组患者的满意度、住院天数及住院费用。结果观察组患者的满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;住院天数及住院费用均明显少于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论健康教育路径有助于减少脊髓型减压病患者的住院时间和住院费用,减轻其经济压力,提高患者满意度。

Application of Health Education Path in Treating Spinal Cord Decompression

Objective To explore the applying effect of health education path in treating spinal cord decompression.Methods A total of 152 patients with decompression treatment were randomized into the observational group（n=76） with health education decompression in education path and the control group（n=76） with routine health education.Comparisons were conducted on the satisfaction rates,hospital days and fees between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate was significantly higher in the observational group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The hospital days and fees were significantly lower in the observational group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Health education path helps reduce the patients＇ hospital days and fees,relieve their economic pressure and improve the satisfaction rates.
