Abstract:Objective: To Study the effects of ionization radiation and radio nuclide on the bulbar conjunctive microcirculation of radiation operators. Methods: Observe the bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation of 38 radiation operators with Tians bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation weighted integral method while observing separately the form, flow regime and peripheral status of the bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation of 35 normal people as the control group and calculating the total. Results: The radiation operators capillaries present apparently more blood deficit areas, poor definition resolution, a larger number, greater diameter, an increasing A/V(above 1∶3) proportion, obviously uneven thickness, disorderly edges, travelness was abnormal. the structure was reticulation and vecicle dilatation. The status of flow showed obviously grain、 sluggish and red blood cell aggregation in flow regime and evident exudation, more hemosiderim deposition and more A/V short circuit was higher( P < 0.05 ~ 0.001 ). Conclusion: Ionization rediation and radio nuclide damage the bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation of radiation operators to different extent. Therefore, it is suggest that the labor hygiene authorites should take further measures to monitor and prevent such damage in a better way.
