| 摘 要： | 目的观察血府逐瘀汤加减方治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法采用血府逐瘀汤加减方治疗气滞血瘀证型脊髓型颈椎病60例为观察组,并随机选择60例西药治疗作对照组,治疗14天为1个疗程,1至3个疗程后观察病情改进率。结果观察组治疗1～3个疗程后改进率均高于西药对照组(P<0.001)。结论血府逐瘀汤加减方治疗脊髓型颈椎病疗效明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of Xuefuzhuyutang in treating spinal cervical spondylosis(SCS).Methods 60 deficiency of the Qi Stagntion and Blood Stasis SCS cases were treated with Xuefuzhuyutang and elect group with simple random method as control group,western medicine group which was treated separately with western medicine.We analyzed their curative effects through observing the changes of the symptoms and signs.Results The degree of improvement of the Xuefuzhuyutang group was better significantly than the western medicine.Conclusion Xuefuzhuyuthang has a good effect on spinal cervical spondylosis. |
