糖尿病患者饮食治疗认知水平调查及分析

摘    要:目的了解糖尿病患者对疾病饮食治疗的认知水平及影响因素。方法依据糖尿病饮食治疗的原则,设计调查表,对109例糖尿病患者进行疾病饮食治疗认知水平及影响因素调查。结果糖尿病患者饮食治疗认知水平普遍较低,且认知水平与患者文化程度、是否受过相关教育、病程长短显著相关。结论对糖尿病患者的饮食疗法教育十分必要。

Investigation and Analysis on Cognitive Level of Dietary Therapy in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract:Objective To investigate the cognitive level of dietary therapy and its influential factors in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods According to the principles of dietary therapy ,we designed questionrtaires to investigate cbgnitive level of di- etary therapy and its influential factors in 109 patients with diabetes mellitus. Results The cognitive level of dietary therapy was low generally. The average score of 20 questions was 11.91 ~ 6.66 (total score is 40 ). Cognitive level of dietary therapy was significantly associated with culture degree , correlated education or not and the length of pathogenesis (P 〈 0.001 ), Conlusions Education of dietary therapy is necessary for diabetic.
