卡托普利和纳多洛尔对高血压病患者肾血流动力学的影响

摘    要:原发性高血压30例随机分为卡托普利(37.5-75mg/d, po, 共4wk)和纳多洛尔(40-80mg/d, po,共4wk)2组,各15例。结果:2药均使血压显著降低(P<0.01);对肾血流量和肾小球滤过率均无明显改变,但均使肾血流量/心输出量增高和肾血管阻力降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。提示2药可能通过直接扩张肾血管而维持肾循环,有益于高血压病的长期治疗。

Abstract:Thirty patients with essential hypertension were randomized into 2 groups. Fifteen patients were treated with captopril 37.5-75 mg/d, po and the other 15 patients were treated with nadolol 40-80 mg/d, po, all for 4 wk. Results showed that both drugs had similar hypotensive effects (P<0. 01) and no obvious effects on renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate. But the ratio of renal blood flow to cardiac output all rose (P< 0. 01) , whereas the renal vascular resistance all decreased (P< 0. 05) . These findings suggest that both drugs may act via a direct intrarenal vasodilator mechanism and then maintain the renal circulation. This effect contributes advantages in long-term therapy of patients with hypertension.
