剖宫产术后人流现状分析与对策

目的探讨了解该地区剖宫产术后人工流产的现状,为降低剖宫产术后高危人流提供依据。方法对271例剖宫产术后人流妇女的年龄、职业、文化程度、避孕知识掌握情况、剖宫产术后意外妊娠相关情况进行调查分析。结果剖宫产术后人流占同期人流的30.25%,且两次及两次以上人流者占67.16%,无固定职业及高小文化程度者人流率高于有固定职业及大专本科以上学历者（P﹤0.01）,35～39岁组人流率明显高于25岁及﹥40岁组人流率,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.01）,分析该次人流原因,未避孕导致的非意愿妊娠明显高于避孕失败者（P﹤0.01）,该次人流距剖宫产时间分布以术后1～2年为多,术后半年内最低。结论加强对剖宫产术后无固定职业的高危流动人口、高危年龄段及低学历者患者的计划生育管理,呼吁医疗机构大力宣传剖宫产术后避孕知识,于剖宫产术后半年内落实安全有效的避孕措施,对降低剖宫产术后人工流产率,保障妇女生殖健康有非常重大意义。

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasures of Abortion After Cesarean Section

Methods 271 cases of cesarean section abortion women age, occupation, education, contraception knowledge, investigation and analysis of unintended pregnancy after cesarean section. Results Cesarean section abortion accounted for 30.25% of the flow of people in the same period, and twice and twice more abortion accounted for 67.16% of non-regular employment and high upper primary level education crowd in regular employment and college undergraduate education （P0.01）, the abortion rate of 35 to 39-year-old group was significantly higher than the 25-year-old and 40-year-old group abortion rate, both were significant differences （P0.01）, and analysis of the flow of people reason, not contraception lead to unwanted pregnancy significantly highercontraception loser （P〈0.01）, the flow of people from the cesarean time distribution after 1 to 2 years, the lowest within six months after surgery. Conclusion Strengthen risk of no fixed occupation after cesarean section floating population, family planning management of high-risk age groups and patients with lower levels of education, and called on medical institutions to vigorously promote the cesarean section contraceptive knowledge, is implemented within six months after cesarean section safe and effective contraceptive measures to protect women＇s reproductive health, reduce abortion after cesarean section rate, very great significance.
