探讨12导动态心电图对无症状心肌缺血的诊断价值

目的探讨12导动态心电图对于无症状性心肌缺血的临床诊断及研究价值。方法整合性分析该院2011年8月—2012年8月收治的125例冠心病患者的临床资料,利用12导动态心电进行24h内监测,并把收集到的信息详细记录。同时要求患者完整记下动态心电的生活日志。从而对缺血型ST段的改变阵次进行对比性研究,分析当时心绞痛的症状。结果该组研究对象中117例ST段发生变化,其中100例为无症状患者,17例为有症状患者。ST段共压低558个阵次,无症状为405个次阵,有症状为153个阵次。结论 12导动态心电准确显示出24h内心肌缺血的持续时间、演变规律及发作次数,可作为疾病诊断与治疗的主要依据。

Conclusion 12 lead ecg accurate dynamic shows 24 h in the duration of the myocardial ischemia and evolution rule and episodes, and can be used for disease diagnosis and treatment of main basis.
