| 摘 要： | 目的 研究标准大骨瓣减压术在重型颅脑损伤患者治疗中的应用.方法 106例重型颅脑损伤患者均采用标准大骨瓣减压术治疗,术后随访6～24个月,参照GOS预后评分法评定疗效.结果 良好25例(23.58％),中残23例(21.69％),重残21例(19.81％),植物生存13例(12.26％),死亡24例(22.64％).结果 标准大骨瓣减压术治疗重型颅脑损伤,可改善患者预后,降低病死率和病残率.
