布地奈德联合沙美特罗对儿童中重度哮喘的治疗分析

目的探究运用布地奈德联合沙美特罗的方式治疗儿童中重度哮喘的疗效。方法选取2010年7—12月在该院接受治疗的60例患有中重度哮喘的患儿资料,根据不同的治疗方式,将60例患儿分成两组:对照组和治疗组。对照组运用布地奈德对患儿进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上运用布地奈德联合沙美特罗进行治疗,再对比两组患儿的治疗情况。结果在接受一段时间的治疗后,对照组和治疗组的患儿在FEV1、PEF、白天和夜晚症状的评分,治疗组疗效更明显。两组患儿平均年龄在7岁左右,身体其它指标也很接近,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗儿童中重度哮喘的过程中,运用布地奈德与沙美特罗联合的方式对患儿的治疗有明显的帮助,而且疗效比单纯用布地奈德要明显,值得将此方法推广到临床应用中去。

Budesonide Combined with Shah Mette Lo on Children with Moderate to Severe Asthma Treatment Analysis

Objective Research application of budesonide combined with Shah Mette Lo’s treatment of children with moderate to severe asthma. Methods Select the information of 60 patients with moderate to severe asthma in children treated in our hospital from July 2010 to December 2010,according to the diferent treatment of the 60 patients were divided into two groups：a comparison group and the treatment group. Comparison group using budesonide treatment of children,the treatment group in the comparison group based on the use of budesonide in combination with salmeterol treatment,and then comparing the treatment of two groups of children. Results After a period of treatment of the children in the comparison group and the treatment group FEV1,PEF,daytime and nighttime symptoms score,the treatment group is more obvious.The two groups of children with an average age in about 7 years old,and other indicators of the body is also very close to statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of children with severe asthma,the use of combined budesonide and salmeterol obvious than simply using budesoide significantly,and the effect is worthy of this method is extended to the clinical application of the treatment of children withto go.
