摘    要:目的: 探索利用酸水解法制备甘草素的工艺。 方法: 首先证明甘草苷单体可酸水解产生甘草素,再利用酸水解甘草中甘草苷的方法制备甘草素。实验过程中利用薄层色谱、紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱等辅助手段判断该方法的可行性。 结果: 甘草苷单体水解成甘草素的转化率为81.1%,甘草药材中甘草苷转化为甘草素转化率为63.2%。 结论: 酸水解制备甘草素的方法可行、简便且提取率高。

Abstract:Objective: This investigation was performed to develop a method to prepare liquiritigenin using acid hydrolysis. Method: Preliminary test was performed to see if purified liquiritin can be converted into liquiritigenin by acid hydrolysis,then liquiritin from Glycyrrhiza uralensis was converted into liquiritigenin use the same method.TLC,UV and HPLC were used to judge feasibility of this method. Result: The conversion rate of the purified liquiritin was 81.1%,and the conversion rate of the liquiritin from G. uralensis was 63.2%. Conclusion: This method is feasible,concise and results in high extraction rate.
