人体睾丸组织乳酸脱氢酶同工酶相对活性测定的研究

摘    要:以成人正常睾丸对照胎儿及成人萎缩睾丸,用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法检测了成人睾丸匀浆中LDH同工酶酶谱。只有成人睾丸匀浆中有一特异同工酶区带-LDHx,介于LDH_3与LDH_4之间,其相对活性为15.1%。LDHx作为精原细胞、精子及精液内LDH同工酶的特异分子形式,它对精子发生及生育能力具有重要意义,因此LDHx的消失或相对活性的降低都将反映睾丸组织生育功能的改变。LDHx的检测也展示了对抗生育研究的前景。

Abstract:The nonparticulate fraction of homo-genates of normal adult, fetal and atrophictestes was subjected to agarose gel elec-trophoresis. LDH_x, sandwiched in betweenLDH_3 and LDH_4, was found only in nor-mal adult testes, representing about15. 1% of the total LDH activity. Beingan important tissue-specific molecularform of LDHs in spermatophore, sperm andsemen, LDHx might bear some signifi-cance in spermatogenesis and in fertility aswell. any lowering in its relative activi-ty or its total absence, as in atrophictestis, would certainly reflect a correspondlng change in the functional state ofthe testes. A perspective on its role inantisterility research was thus predicted
