| 摘 要： | 甲型H1N1流感患者并非故意感染者，不能因为被动感染了流感病毒，就必须接受剥夺隐私权的惩罚，更不能因此牵连其无辜的家人。保护个人隐私成为维护人格尊严和个性自由不可或缺的条件，保护患者的隐私权具有现实意义。宽容以伦理学上的后果论作为理论基础，宽容也是公正和正义的本质要求。自觉保护甲型H1N1流感患者的隐私是文明和进步的表现。

| Abstract: | H1N1 Influenza A virus -infected patients are not deliberately or positively infected with the H1N1 Influenza A virus. Therefore, they should not be deprived of privacy as penalty just because of their negative infection of the H1N1 Influenza A virus, and their innocent family members should not be involved, neither. Protecting individual privacy becomes an indispensable condition for maintaining personal dignity and individual freedom and hence protecting the patients＇ privacy rights has realistic meaning. Mercy is theoretically based on the the consequentialist theory in the ethics and it is also the essential requirement for the impartiality and justice. Consciously protecting the H1 N1 Influenza A virus -infected patients＇privacy is the manifestation of civilization and advancement. |
