贯彻新两纲 落实新目标 将妇女儿童健康提高到一个新水平

安徽省卫生厅在实施新《两纲》过程中建立健全了配套的法律法规及相关的保障性措施 ;积极开发领导层 ,将部门行为转变为政府行为、社会行为 ;进一步建立健全各级妇幼卫生保健网络 ,严把准入许可关 ;扩大服务范围、增加服务项目、提高服务质量 ,使全省妇幼保健工作提高到一个新水平。

Carry out new "Two Outlines" and new targets to raise women and children's health onto a new level

Health Ministry of Anhui Province set up the corresponding laws and rules and used indemnificatory measure during carrying out new "Two Outlines". They mobilized actively the leadership to transfer government action into government and social action. They set up maternity and child health care networks at all levels, enlarged service domain, increased the service items and raised the service quality, raised maternity and child health care work in whole province onto a new level.
