广西壮族与汉族IL-6基因启动子-634C/G多态性的研究

目的研究白细胞介素-6(IL-6)基因启动子-634C/G多态性在中国广西壮、汉两民族中的分布.方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术检测185名壮族人和198名汉族人的白细胞介素-6基因启动子-634C/G多态性,比较两组白细胞介素-6基因型和等位基因的分布频率.结果在壮族人中CC、CG和GG基因型分别为69.7%、28.7%和1.6%;在汉族人中CC、CG和GG基因型分别为68.2%、29.3%和2.5%.两组白细胞介素-6基因型的分布频率差异无显著性(P＞(0.05).结论壮族与汉族白细胞介素-6基因-634C/G多态性分布频率差异无显著性.

Study of interleukin-6 gene promoter region -634C/G polymorphism in the Zhuangs and Hans in Guangxi province China

Objective: To study the difference between the Chinese Zhuang and Han ethnic groups in Guangxi province in the distribution of interleukin-6 gene promoter region -634C/G polymorphism. Methods: Interleukin-6 gene promoter region -634C/G polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism in Zhuangs(n=185) and Hans(n=198). Results: The frequencies of CC, CG and GG genotypes were found to be 69.7%, 28.7% and 1.6% in the Zhuangs, and 68.2% , 29.3% and 2.5% in the Hans respectively. There was not significant difference in the frequency distribution of interleukin-6 genotype between the Zhuangs and the Hans (P>0.05).Conclusion: There was not significant difference of interleukin-6 gene promoter region -634C/G polymorphism between the Zhuangs and the Hans.
