非典型肾结核临床诊治分析

目的探讨非典型肾结核的临床特点及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析37例非典型肾结核患者的临床资料。结果非典型肾结核临床特点以血尿、腰痛、尿频及发热为主，26例手术后均经病理证实为肾结核，发生输尿管残端综合征1例。结论聚合酶链反应（PCR—TB—DNA）宜作为肾结核早期诊断的常规措施，CT对病因不明和中晚期病例诊断最有价值。

Diagnosis and treatment of atypical renal tuberculosis

[Objective] To discuss the clinical characterisics of atypical renal tuberculosis. [Methods] The clinical datum of 37 cases of atypical tuberculosis were analysed retrospectively. [Results] The chnical symptons of atypical tuberculosis were mainly hematuria, loin pain, urinary frequency and fever. 26 cases undergoing surgery were pathologically diagnosed to have renal tuberculosis, of them 1 case developed ureteral stump symdrome. 9 of the 11 cases who received medications recovered. [Conclusions] The examination of urinary PCR-TB-DNA is recommended for routine use in the early diagnosis of atypical tubercoloss and CT is the most important for later renal tubercolosis.
