摘    要:[目的] 探讨无抽搐电休克(MECT)治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效、不良反应及护理要点. [方法] 对30例难治性精神分裂症病人实施MECT治疗,分别于治疗前后采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应,并总结护理经验. [结果] 30例病人经12周MECT治疗后,治疗前后PANSS 、TESS分值变化经比较差异有统计学意义;显著进步6例,进步13例,无效11例;显效率20.00%,有效率63.33%.2例病人出现头痛,5例出现记忆力下降,头晕1例,呕吐1例,食欲减退2例.[结论] MECT治疗难治性精神分裂症临床疗效较好,不良反应较少,加强MECT治疗前后的护理工作对治疗安全性至关重要.

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the curative effect, adverse reactions and main nursing points of modified electroconvulsive therapy (MECT) to treat refractory schizophrenia patients. Methods: A total of 30 refractory schizophrenia patients were treated with MECT, and the curative and adverse reaction were evaluated by adopting positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS), adverse reaction scale (TESS). And nursing experience has been summarized. Results: After 12 weeks of MECT, there was statistical significant difference in terms of PANSS and TESS between before and after treatment among all 30 cases. The curative effects of 6 cases were improved significantly, 13 cases were improved, 11 cases were ineffective. The significant effective rate was 20.00.Effective rate was 63.33. Two cases developed headache. Five cases occurred remembrance descending. One case had dizziness. One case was with vomiting. And two cases were with poor appetite. Conclusion: The clinical effect of MECT to treat refractory schizophrenia patients is better, and the adverse reaction is fewer. And to strengthen nursing care before and after MECT is very important for safety of treatment.
