| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心电图在发现老年糖尿病患者无症状心肌缺血中的作用与如何早期开展临床护理工作。方法对60例2型糖尿病患者心电图进行分析,与52例老年非糖尿病患者进行比较。结果糖尿病患者中,无症状心肌缺血发生的比例高于非糖尿病患者（P〈0.01）。结论糖尿病无症状心肌缺血发生率高,心电图对早期诊断有重要意义,早期临床护理工作的开展十分重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the function of electrocardiogram in detecting silent myocardial ischemia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and how to evolve the clinical nursing activity early.Methods60 elderly patientsd with type 2 diabetes were measured of electrocardiogram and compare with 52 old patients without type 2 diabetes.ResultsThe rate of silent myocardial ischemia in patients with type 2 diabetes was significantly higher than the controls.ConclusionElectrocardiogram is valuable and simple for detecting silent myocardial ischemia and the incidence rate is high and it is important to evolve the clinical nursing activity in early period |
