| 摘 要： | 放化疗后白细胞减少症多属本虚标实证,病机以阴阳气血亏虚为本;热毒、痰浊、瘀血、外邪等为标。治疗宜标本兼顾。归纳治疗益气健脾、益气养血、益气养阴、滋阴清热、清热解毒、活血养血、温补脾肾法。指出:中西医结合治疗可极大提高存活率、降低复发率。
