包钢2万余人群肥胖及其相关疾病患病率的调查

目的 为了解包钢肥胖及相关疾病的患病率并进行有效干预。方法 采用WHO肥胖诊断标准，对包钢16个主体单位20岁以上人群20221人(男15124，女5097)进行肥胖和糖尿病(DM)、糖耐量低减(IGT)、空腹血糖受损(IFG)、高血压及高血脂患病率的调查。结果 超重和肥胖的患病率分别为30．86％和3．98%，且随年龄的增大而增高。DM、IGT、IFG、高血压、高胆固醇和高甘油三酯血症的患病率分别为3．22%、3．48％、2．09％、19．42％、20．39％和34．17％，且均随年龄、体重指数(BMI)和腰围(WC)的增大而升高。结论 超重和肥胖的患病率随年龄的增大而增高。肥胖相关疾病的患病率随年龄、BMI和WC的增大而增高。

A Survey of Obesity and obesity-related Diseases in Baotou Iron&Steel company

Objectives To investigate the prevalence of obesity and obesity-related disease,and to provide scientific evidence for prevention and treatment of obesity.Methods Using WHO1998 diagnostic criteria for overweight/obesity,we investigated 20 221(male 15 124,female 5 097) aged 20 years over in Baotou Iron & Steel company.Results The prevalence of overweight was 30.86%,of the obesity was 3.98%.The prevalence of overweight/obesity increased with age.The prevalence of obesity-related diseases increased with increasing of age,BMI (body mass index)and WC(waist circumference).The prevalence of DM,IGT,IFG,hypertension,hypercholesterodemia and hypertriglyceridemia was 3.22%,3.48%,2.09%,19.42%,20.39% and 34.17% respectively.Conclusion The prevalence of obesity increased with age.The prevalence of DM,IGT,IFG,hypertension and hyperlipidemia increased with increasing of age,BMI and WC.
