心脏瓣膜病变外科治疗的术后护理

目的 探讨心脏瓣膜病变外科治疗的术后护理措施。方法 对22例行该手术的患术后加强心血管功能和呼吸功能，血管活性药物和术后华法令抗凝药物的使用以及机械通气的护理。结果 本组除1例术后早期发生低心排出率综合征外，余21例痊愈出院，无护理并发症发生。结论 心脏瓣膜病变外科治疗后全面细致的病情观察和护理是使手术成功的重要保证。

The Postoperation Nuring Characteristic of Cardiac Valvular Disease after Surgical

Objective To investigate the postoperation nursing characteristic of cardiac valvular disease after surgical treatment. Methods To enhance the monitor of cardiovasular function and resoiatory function on 22 cases after operating. To take attention to the use of vascular active drugs, and the nursing of mechanic ventilation and the use of warfarin after operating. Results 21 cases were cured and no nursing complication occurred. Only 1 case occured low heart ejection volume syndrome and molyorganic function failure. Conclusions It is the main assurance of success in operation that general particurity operation of the ill state after valvular operation.
