胃食道返流病相关性咳嗽17例报告

目的 总结胃食道返流病(GERD)相关性咳嗽的临床特征和诊疗体会,探讨GERD相关性咳嗽的发病机制.方法 选择2002年1月～2005年12月间符合慢性咳嗽诊断标准的46例患儿进行临床分析并选择性地做食道钡餐造影等一些相关检查,对拟诊为GERD相关性咳嗽的17例患儿进行抗返流治疗,并随访观察其疗效.结果 本组患儿治疗后症状明显减轻或消失,随访6～12个月,15例病情稳定,未见复发;2例因停药过早导致病情反复,再次用药后症状缓解.治疗期间未发现有何药物不良反应.结论 GERD是引起慢性咳嗽的主要病因,因此,对不明原因的慢性咳嗽患儿,应常规做GER的相关检查,对临床疑诊者可给予诊断性治疗,确诊为GERD相关性咳嗽的患儿要坚持规范用药,方能取得满意疗效.

Report of Coughs Relating to Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease in 17 Cases

Objective To draw a conclusion of the clinical features of coughs relating to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and the experience of diagnosis and treat, and to explore the pathogenesis relating to GERD.Methods From January, 2002 to December, 2005, making clinical analysis and alternatively doing esophageal barium meal radiography on forty-six sick children, who conform to the standard of chronic cough diagnosis. Affording anti-GERD therapy to seventeen children diagnosed cough caused by GERD and observing their curative effect.Results The symptom of these sick children obviously reduces or disappeared. After the follow-up survey for six to twelve months, fifteen children's illness condition stabilized, without recurring. Two children's diseases recur for quitting the drug too early, and later remit when they take medicine again. During the therapy, there are no adverse reactions to drug.Conclusion GERD is the main cause that brings chronic cough, therefore, when children get chronic cough,without knowing the cause,they need to be examined regularly on GERD. Diagnostic treatment may be applied to the clinical patients.medicine should be taken canonicallg by those children who are diagnosed cough relating to GERD so that they can achieve satisfying therapy.
