苏金抗纤饮对肺纤维化大鼠凝血-纤溶系统的影响

目的：研究中药复方制剂苏金抗纤饮对肺纤维化大鼠凝血-纤溶系统的影响。探讨其防治肺纤维化的作用机制。方法：以PYMA，复制大鼠肺纤维化模型，对其进行肺纤维化大鼠凝血一纤溶系统常用分子标志物tPA和PAI—Ⅰ的测定，观察肺纤维化大鼠凝血．纤溶活性的变化和苏金抗纤饮对肺纤维化大鼠凝血-纤溶系统的影响。结果：模型组大鼠tPA水平明显低于正常组（P〈0．05），PAI—Ⅰ水平明显高于正常组（P〈0．01），苏金抗纤饮高剂量组能升高tPA水平（P〈0．01），降低PAI—Ⅰ水平（P〈0．05）。结论：肺纤维化大鼠纤溶活性受损，苏金抗纤饮能改善纤溶活性，维持凝血-纤溶系统的动态平衡。

Effect of Sujin Kangxian Drink on Coagulative and Fibrinolytic System of Pulmonary Fibrosis Rats

Objective:To investigate the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine compound recipe on coagulative and fibrinolytic system of pulmonary fibrosis rats and discuss the function mechanism on prevention and cure of pulmonary fibrosis.Methods:Pulmonary fibrosis rats were made by PYMA5.The commonly used molecule marker of coagulative and fibrinolytic system of pulmonary fibrosis rats,tPA and PAI-I,were measured.The activity of coagulative and fibrinolytic and the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine compound recipe on coagulative and fibrinolytic system were also observed.Results:The level of tPA in the model group was obviously ower than that in the normal group(P<0.05) while the level of PAI-I in the model group higher than that in the normal group(P<0.01).Sujing Kangxian drink could improve the level of tPA(P<0.01) and reduce the level of PAI-I(P<0.05).Conclusion:The activity of fibrinolytic of pulmonary fibrosis rats is damaged.Sujin Kangxian drink can improve the activity of fibrinolytic and keep the dynamic balance of coagulative and fibrinolytic system of pulmonary fibrosis rats.
