| 摘 要： | 目的：观察回形结扎固定游离端松动牙齿的临床疗效。方法：用不锈钢丝回形结扎固定19例牙周病所致游离端松动牙,用光敏复合树脂充填结扎区。结果：经过2～4年追踪观察,该方法能够保存重度松动的患牙,控制牙周病的发展,恢复牙列的形态和功能,总优良率为94.8%。结论：回形结扎固定是游离端松动牙固定的一种安全、有效、操作方便的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore a new method of restoring loose teeth at the free-end due to periodontal disease. Method: Adopting method of ligation in the shape of clip with stainless steel wire and placed ultraviolet light polymerized composite resin over the wire to treatment loose teeth at the free-end caused by periodontal disease for 19 patients. Result: This treatment in the period of 2 to 4 years proved that method can restore loose teeth, put a bridle on develop of periodontal disease and resume dentition on configuration and function, the success rate was 94.8%. Conclusion: This method was safe,effective,operated simply. |
